#4- The real name of the
well-known Bangkok is one of the longest names of a place in the entire
world which is made up of Pali and Sanskrit words i.e.
“Krungthepmahanakhon Amonrattanakosin Mahintharayutthaya Mahadilokphop
Noppharatratchathaniburirom Udomratchaniwetmahasathan” Whoops! And this
name means City of Angels, Great City of Immortals, Magnificent City of
the Nine Gems, Seat of the King, City of Royal Palaces, Home of Gods
Incarnate, and Erected by Visvakarman at Indra’s Behest.
#5- Another weird but
interesting fact is that the world record for nonstop kissing was set by
two Thai men in Pattaya on 2012 Valentine’s Day! The kissing was for 50
hours, 25 minutes and 1 second! Insane! Isn’t it!
